Title

Description

Under existing law, a portion of coal severance tax proceeds are distributed to the Marion County Community Development Association, Inc.

This bill would redistribute the tax proceeds to the Northwest Alabama Economic and Community Alliance and terminate the tax on October 1, 2033.
