This bill would relate to any Class municipality and would require all courts in this state to take judicial notice of all municipal ordinances of the municipality

Relating to any Class 2 municipality; to amend Section 11-45-11 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to require all courts in this state to take judicial notice of all municipal ordinances of the municipality.
