Description

This bill would propose a local amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, relating to Crenshaw County, to authorize the Crenshaw County Commission to levy an additional ad valorem tax at the rate not to exceed three mills on each dollar of assessed value of taxable property in the county to be distributed to the Crenshaw County Health Care Authority for public hospital purposes and related health care purposes
