Relating to the City of Winfield; to authorize the city council to provide by local ordinance for the sale of draft or keg beer by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board serving the general public

Section 1

The City Council of the City of Winfield, by ordinance, may regulate and permit the sale of draft or keg beer by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board serving the general public.

Section 2

This act shall become effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
