Title: Water utility, nonprofit corps., rates approved by Public Service Commission, audit by Dept. of Examiners of Public Accounts
Description: This bill would provide that any increase in the water rates by a nonprofit corporation which provides water service to the public in this state would be subject to approval by the Public Service Commission.
The bill would also require the nonprofit corporation to be audited by the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts.
