- Juveniles, to further provide when juvenile law enforcement records may be released, Sec. 12-15-134 am'd.
- Description
Under existing law, law enforcement records of juveniles may not be released unless the charge of delinquency is transferred for criminal prosecution after a juvenile transfer hearing.
This bill would provide that law enforcement records of juveniles may be released if the juvenile is tried and convicted as an adult.
This bill would also make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
