This bill makes a supplemental appropriation of federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act – Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Revenue Replacement Fund to the Department of Corrections - Correctional Capital Improvement Fund in the amount of $400,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022
