This bill makes a supplemental appropriation from the unanticipated and unappropriated beginning balance in the State General Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022 to the Department of Corrections - Correctional Capital Improvement Fund in the amount of $135,000,000; and makes a supplemental appropriation from the unanticipated and unappropriated beginning balance in the State General Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022 to the Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles for the acquisition and renovation of the existing prison facility in Perry County in the amount of $19,000,000.
