Title
Foresters, State Board of Registered, requirement that members of the board are required to be a member of the Society of American Foresters, eliminated, Sec. 34-12-31 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, members of the board of the Alabama State Board of Registered Foresters are required to be members of the Society of American Foresters.
This bill would eliminate that requirement.
Relating to the Alabama State Board of Registered Foresters; to amend Section 34-12-31, Code of Alabama 1975, to eliminate the requirement that members of the board be members of the Society of American Foresters. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
