Title
Election, clarifying the distance from a polling place within which an individual may not campaign, Sec. 17-9-50 am'd.
Description

Under existing law, no person may campaign within 30 feet of the door of the building of a polling place.

This bill would clarify that the distance from a polling place within which an individual may not campaign is to be measured from the door of the building of a polling place where voting machines are located.
