Title
Motor vehicles, Dept. of Transportation, required to post signs giving notice of restrictions against driving vehicle in leftmost lane, Sec. 32-5A-80 am'd.
Description

Under existing law, on an interstate highway, a vehicle may not travel in the leftmost lane for more than 1.5 miles without completely passing another vehicle. Existing law also provides exceptions to this prohibition.

This bill would require the Department of Transportation to install appropriate signs giving notice of this prohibition at various locations on the interstate highway system.
