HB63 would extend the Alabama Real Estate Commission's existence and regulatory functions under the Sunset Law until October 1, 2022.
It keeps the Alabama Real Estate Commission operating and subject to Sunset Law review through the specified date. It preserves the current governing code sections (34-27-1 to 34-27-101) through that period. It aligns with the Sunset Committee's recommendation to continue the Commission's existence and work.
