- Nursing, Board of, by rule, authorized to establish standards for student nurse apprenticeships and to issue apprentice permits, Sec. 34-21-2 am'd.
- Description
Under existing law, the Board of Nursing is responsible for the regulation of the practice of nursing in the state.
This bill would authorize the board, by rule, to establish standards for student nurse apprenticeships and to issue student nurse apprentice permits to eligible students.
This bill would also authorize the board, by rule, to establish standards for certified medication assistants and to issue certified medication assistant permits to eligible applicants.
