Title
Breweries, distilleries, daily limit on amount beer or liquor sold to customers revised, Sec. 28-3A-6 am'd.
Description

Under existing law, at its premises for off-premises consumption, a licensed distillery may sell at retail up to 2.25 liters of liquor per customer per day.

This bill would allow a distillery to sell up to 4.5 liters of liquor per customer per day for off premises consumption.
