- Description
Under existing law, the membership of the Board of Trustees of the University of Montevallo includes the Governor and State Superintendent of Education as ex officio trustees and 11 additional trustees, consisting of one trustee appointed from each congressional district and state-at-large trustees.
This bill would allow one of the 11 additional trustees serving on the board to be a nonresident appointed at-large.
