Description

Relating to Baldwin County; to repeal Act 253 of the 1951 Regular Session (Acts 1951, p. 528), relating to the Barbers' Commission of Baldwin County; to abolish the Barbers' Commission of Baldwin County; and to provide that the practice of barbering in Baldwin County be regulated by the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering.
