Existing law authorizes the members of a governmental body that is comprised of members from two or more counties to participate in meetings by electronic means, under certain conditions.
This bill would propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, relating to Jefferson County, to provide that members of county or municipal entities within Jefferson County may participate in meetings by electronic means, under certain conditions.
