This bill would relate to any Class municipality organized under the provisions of Act 71, 1977 Regular Session (Acts 1977, p. 78), as amended, which provides for a council manager form of government in certain municipalities having certain populations and would provide further for the compensation of the council members and mayor

Relating to any Class 5 municipality organized under the provisions of Act 71, 1977 Regular Session (Acts 1977, p. 78), as amended, which provides for a council manager form of government in certain municipalities having certain populations; to provide further for the compensation of the council members and mayor; and to repeal Act 2009-737 of the 2009 Regular Session (Acts 2009, p. 2201).
