<p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to Macon County; to amend Section
45-44-247.08 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to extend the
authority of the Macon County Commission to levy a sales and
use tax to fund ambulance service in the county; and to
validate, ratify, and confirm the levy and collection of the
tax retroactive to January 31, 2022.
