Title
Board of registrars, registrars, reallocation of days a registrar may annually work to another registrar, approval of county commission required, Sec. 17-3-8.1 added
Description

Existing law sets out the maximum number of days a member of a board of registrars may work on an annual basis, depending on the county.

This bill would authorize the quorum of a board of registrars, upon consent of the county commission, to reallocate unused days from one registrar to another registrar, in cases of absence, in order to accomplish the business of the board.

Relating to boards of registrars; to add Section 17-3-8.1, to the Code of Alabama 1975, to provide further for the number of days a registrar may annually work.
