- Description
Under existing law, the Alabama Athlete Agents Commission adopts rules relating to standards of conduct for athlete agents. Existing law makes no provision for meetings of the commission by virtual means.
This bill would authorize the Alabama Athlete Agents Commission to conduct meetings via virtual means, and would provide that meetings via electronic means are exempt from the provisions of the Alabama Open Meetings Act relating to electronic meetings.
This bill would also make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
