Description: Existing law requires retail table wine licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to dispense table wine at retail for off-premises consumption only in original unopened containers.
This bill would allow a retail table wine licensee to dispense table wine at retail for off-premises consumption in containers approved by the board.
