Under existing law, the Board of Pardons and
Paroles may establish and maintain one or more
residential transition centers</p><p class="bill_description"> This bill would provide that at least one of the
facilities must be a women's facility</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the Board of Pardons and Paroles; to amend
Section 15-22-30.1, Code of Alabama 1975, to require that at
least one residential transition center established by the
