- Libraries, provides that county & municipal library boards serve at the pleasure of their appointing authorities
- Description
Under existing law, county and municipality library boards are appointed by the respective governing body of the county or municipality.
This bill would provide that library board members shall serve at the pleasure of their respective appointing authorities.
This bill would also make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
