HB110 extends the State Board of Medical Examiners and the Medical Licensure Commission to October 1, 2027 and subjects board members and staff to state ethics laws starting June 1, 2025.
It keeps the Board and the Medical Licensure Commission in existence and operating through Oct. 1, 2027. It adds a new provision requiring all board members and employees to comply with the state ethics laws starting June 1, 2025. It preserves the existing governing code provisions for these entities. The act takes effect on June 1, 2025.
