HB118 extends the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners’ existence and regulatory powers in Alabama through October 1, 2029.
The bill keeps the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners in place and able to regulate chiropractors until October 1, 2029. It preserves the laws that create and govern the Board (Sections 34-24-120 to 34-24-177). It becomes effective June 1, 2025, after the Sunset Committee’s recommendation and the Legislature’s concurrence.
