Senate County and Municipal Government Hearing
Finance and Taxation at 13:30:00

Under existing law, the compensation that may be paid to members of boards of directors of certain public utility corporations is capped at specific amounts.
This bill would increase the maximum amount of compensation that may be paid to the directors of these corporations organized with respect to a municipality that has less than 5,000 inhabitants.
This bill would extend the terms of certain directors.
This bill would also make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
