This bill makes supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026: from the Personnel Fund to the State Personnel Department in the amount of $1,200,000; from federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act - State Small Business Credit Initiative Fund to the Department of Finance in the amount of $34,000,000, estimated; from the Federal Stimulus Fund to Alabama Medicaid Agency in the amount of $588,612; from The Alabama Energy Infrastructure Fund to State Industrial Development Authority in the amount of $16,000,000; from The Strategic Energy Infrastructure Development Fund to State Industrial Development Authority in the amount of $50,000,000; from the Administrative Office of Courts Federal and Local Funds Fund to the Unified Judicial System in the amount of $3,600,000; from the Court Automation Fund to the Unified Judicial System in the amount of $2,300,000; from the Advanced Technology and Data Exchange Fund to the Unified Judicial System in the amount of $1,000,000; from the State Judicial Administration Fund to the Unified Judicial System in the amount of $4,100,000; to transfer up to $22,137,949 from the Refundable Tax Credit Fund to the Legislative Council Fund; to transfer up to $13,000,000 from the HB217 INTRODUCED Real Property Management Fund to the Legislative Council Fund; from the Legislative Council Fund to the Legislative Council in the amount of $35,137,949; from the Vaping and Licensing Enforcement Fund to the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the amount of $1,000,000; from the Consumable Hemp Product Compliance Fund to the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the amount of $1,000,000.
