- Description
This bill would require each state, county, and municipal law enforcement agency to report annually the number of sworn law enforcement officers employed by the agency to the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Commission.
This bill would require the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency to compile the information reported by the law enforcement agencies and publish the data on the agency's official website.
This bill would also revise the penalties for failure to timely submit reports to the commission.
