SB354 would ban building and operating new large-scale solar power facilities for one year.
If enacted, the bill would prevent the construction and operation of any new large-scale solar power facilities for one year after the act's effective date. It defines what counts as a solar power facility as a large-scale, ground-mounted photovoltaic installation designed to generate electricity for off-site use or sale. The act takes effect immediately.
