Patrick B. "Pat" Jones III graduated from Huntingdon College in 1982 with a degree in Accounting. Pat started law school in 1994. Upon passing the bar exam, he immediately began working as an Assistant District Attorney of the 20th Judicial Circuit, prosecuting cases in both Henry and Houston County. He worked in the District Attorney's office from May 1998 until February 2000.
In March of 2000, he went into private practice as a solo practitioner until 2005. He remained a shareholder (officer) of Sherrer, Jones & Terry P.C. and was the managing member of Patrick B. Jones LLC until he was elected as the District Attorney in 2016. Pat is committed to serving our community and protecting our victims in Houston and Henry Counties.
