is prohibited from registering any person as a
qualified elector within the 10-day time period
before an election</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would extend the prohibition time
period from 10 to 14 days</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To amend Section 17-3-50, Code of Alabama 1975, to
extend the time period during which a board of registrars is
prohibited from registering any person as a qualified elector
from 10 to 14 days before an election.
