Title
Dental Examiners of Alabama, Board of, fees, quorum, disciplinary actions, appeals, Secs. 34-9-10, 34-9-16, 34-9-41, 34-9-42 am'd.
Description
This bill would amend the Board of Dental Examiners Act, to provide further for disciplinary actions and appeals of actions by the board in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, to provide further for fees of dental hygienists and mobile dental fees, and provide further for a quorum of the board
To amend Sections 34-9-10, 34-9-16, 34-9-41, and 34-9-42, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the Board of Dental Examiners, to provide further for acts for which disciplinary actions may be taken; to provide for appeals of actions by the board in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, to provide further for fees of dental hygienists and mobile dental fees, and to provide further for a quorum of the board.
