Description
<p class="bill_description"> This bill would propose a local
constitutional amendment for Perry County levying a
$5 per ton fee for the disposal of coal ash in the
county, with the proceeds distributed evenly to the
general funds of the City of Uniontown, Alabama,
and the City of Marion, Alabama</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of
Alabama of 1901, relating to Perry County, the City of
Uniontown, Alabama, and the City of Marion, Alabama; to levy a
$5 per ton fee for the disposal of coal ash in the county,
with the proceeds distributed evenly to the general funds of
the City of Uniontown, Alabama, and the City of Marion,
Alabama.
