Title: Education Trust Fund Appropriations Act, appropriation for Public School Fund to local boards of education for operating expenses for fiscal year 2011, expenditure authorized
Description: This bill would allow the Legislature to appropriate Public School Funds to local boards of education in the Education Trust Fund Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2011 for the purpose of paying operating expenses.
This bill would also allow local boards of education, during fiscal year 2011 only, to expend Public School Funds on any operating expenses.
