This bill would require a public disclosure of the names of public officials or spouses of public officials or candidates who are employed by the state or who have a contract with the state, a county, or a municipality
To add Section 36-25-5.1 to the Code of Alabama 1975, to require a public disclosure of the names of public officials or spouses of public officials or candidates who are employed by the state or who have a contract with the state, a county, or a municipality; and to further require disclosure of certain information with regard to the contract.
