Description
This bill would authorize the Alabama Housing Finance Authority to service mortgage loans that are not secured by eligible housing units
To amend Sections 24-1A-2 and 24-1A-5, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the Alabama Housing Finance Authority, to authorize the authority to service mortgage loans that are not secured by eligible housing units.
