Description: This bill would: Amend Article 5, Chapter 26B, Title 40, Code of Alabama 1975, to extend the private hospital assessment and Medicaid funding program for fiscal years 2012 and 2013; change the base year to fiscal year 2009; change the assessment rate for fiscal years 2012 and 2013; change the due date for quarterly payment; and change the methodology for base payments for outpatient services.
