Currently the annual license fee for a licensed attorney is $300

This bill would allow the Board of Bar Commissioners to determine the amount of the annual license

To amend Section 40-12-49, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the license fee for attorneys, to allow the Board of Bar Commissioners to set the amount of the annual license fee.
