Relating to Morgan County; to provide further for the distribution and expenditure of in-lieu-of-taxes payments received from the Tennessee Valley Authority distributed to Morgan County; and to repeal Act 2011-267 of the 2011 Regular Session (Acts 2011, p. 490).
