Hunting and fishing, use of drones to harass persons, prohibition, Sec. 9-11-270 am'd.
Description
<p class="bill_description"> Existing law prohibits a person from
willfully and knowingly preventing, obstructing,
impeding, disturbing, or interfering with another
person who is legally hunting or fishing</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would specifically include the use
of drones to harass a person who is hunting or
fishing within this prohibition</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To amend Section 9-11-270, Code of Alabama 1975,
relating to interference with persons legally hunting or
fishing; to specifically include the use of drones to harass
in the prohibition.
</p>
