Title
Co. commissions, bank depository, requirement to select in December of each year deleted, Sec. 11-4-41 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, on or before the first Monday in December of each year, a county commission is required to select the county depository for the following calendar year.
This bill would allow a county commission to select a county depository at any time during the year.
Relating to county commissions; to amend Section 11-4-41, Code of Alabama 1975, to allow a county commission to select a county depository at any time during the year.
