Description

This bill makes a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Department of Corrections in the amount of $30,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2018; makes a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Departmental Emergency Fund in the amount of $2,500,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2018; and makes a supplemental appropriation from the DNA Fund to the Department of Forensic Sciences in the amount of $500,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2018.
