Supplemental appropriations, Corrections Dept., Departmental Emergency Fund, and Forensic Sciences, supp. approp. for fiscal year 2018
Description
<p class="bill_description"> This bill makes a supplemental appropriation
from the State General Fund to the Department of
Corrections in the amount of $30,000,000 for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 2018; makes a
supplemental appropriation from the State General
Fund to the Departmental Emergency Fund in the
amount of $2,500,000 for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2018; and makes a supplemental
appropriation from the DNA Fund to the Department
of Forensic Sciences in the amount of $500,000 for
the fiscal year ending September 30, 2018</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To make a supplemental appropriation from the State
