Relating to the City of Hartselle in Morgan County; to authorize the sale of draft or keg beer under certain conditions.

Section 1

This act only applies to the City of Hartselle in Morgan County.

Section 2

The Hartselle City Council, by ordinance, may regulate and permit the sale of draft or keg beer by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board for on-premises consumption and for off-premises consumption provided the beer sold for off-premises consumption may not exceed 288 ounces per customer per day which is sealed, labeled, packaged, and taxed in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Section 3

All laws or parts of laws which conflict with this act are repealed.

Section 4

This act shall become effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
