This bill would require the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency to operate a driver's license office in each county of the state which office would be operational during regular business hours a minimum of one day each week

To require the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency to operate a driver's license office in each county of the state; and to require the office to be operational a minimum of one day each week.

This bill would require the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency to operate a driver's license office in each county of the state which office would be operational during regular business hours a minimum of one day each week

To require the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency to operate a driver's license office in each county of the state; and to require the office to be operational a minimum of one day each week.

Section 1

The Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency shall operate a driver's license office in each county of the state. The driver's license office shall be operational during regular business hours a minimum of one day each week.

Section 2

This act shall become effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
