Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, individuals other than
electors and election officials are not permitted
within 30 feet of a polling place</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would change the boundary to 100
feet from a polling place</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to elections; to amend Section 17-9-50,
Code of Alabama 1975; to change from 30 feet to 100 feet the
distance from a polling place in which individuals other than
electors and election officials are prohibited on election
day.
