Title
Foresters, State Board of Registration for, scale of nominal marketing materials auth., Sec. 34-12-36 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, the State Board of Registration for Foresters licenses and regulates foresters in this state.
This bill would allow the board to sell nominal marketing or promotional items by the board and would provide for the deposit and use of the funds received by the board from the sale of the marketing and promotional items.
Relating to the State Board of Registration for Foresters; to amend Section 34-12-36, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide for the sale of the nominal marketing or promotional items by the board; and to provide for the deposit and use of the funds received from the sale.
