Foresters, Alabama Board of Registration for, board authorized to call special meetings in accordance with its bylaws, Sec. 34-12-34 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, the Alabama Board of Registration for Foresters may not hold more than one special meeting in any one calendar month
This bill would allow special meetings to be called in accordance with the bylaws of the board
Relating to the Alabama Board of Registration for Foresters; to amend Section 34-12-34 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to allow the board to call special meetings in accordance with its bylaws.
