Title
Lee Co., boards of registrars, increase maximum number of days board may meet each year, Sec. 17-3-8 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, the board of registrars in Lee County may only meet a maximum of 168 working hours each fiscal year, and an additional 30 days at the discretion of the county commission
This bill would allow the board of registrars in Lee County to meet five days each week of the year
Relating to boards of registrars; to amend Section 17-3-8, Code of Alabama 1975, as last amended by Act 2019-439, 2019 Regular Session, and Act 2020-113, 2020 Regular Session; to increase the maximum number of days the board of registrars in Lee County may meet each year.
