Title

District attorneys, compensation further provided, Sec. 12-17-182 am'd.

Description

Under existing law, circuit judges' salaries are set by statute. District attorneys' salaries are based on circuit judges' salaries.

This bill would establish the initial salaries for district attorneys and would provide for salary increases based on previous experience.

Relating to compensation; to amend Section 12-17-182, Code of Alabama 1975, to further provide for the salaries of district attorneys.
